What do you like best about Hyros?

Nothing, it was extremely overhyped and they wouldn't let us cancel.

What do you dislike about Hyros?

  • The customer support
  • The quality of the service
  • On-boarded was billed for several months with excuses from the customer service team
  • This is a scam and there is no fancy AI, it's just basic UTMs that you can get somewhere else
  • Ease of use is bad
  • Ease of implementation is bad
  • Ease of integration is bad

What do you like best about Hyros?

Nothing. They don't do what they say they'll do and when you try to cancel they make it super hard.

What do you dislike about Hyros?

  • Everything.
  • They over promise and under deliver.
  • They make set-up super difficult.
  • And worst of all, when you try to cancel they make it really difficult and keep charging you.
  • Customer support also sucks. All emotionless bots.
