ThoughtMetric's AI connectors opened up a lot of doors in terms of how you can report. One of them is sending reports to Slack, whether that's a channel, a DM to yourself, or a DM to your manager.
This saves you the time of pulling the numbers and sending them yourself. It also puts the data where your team already communicates, so people who never log in to ThoughtMetric still see what's happening.

Examples of what you can send

  • Daily spend, revenue, and ROAS
  • Week over week channel performance
  • Best and worst performing campaigns by ROAS
  • Best performing products by channel
  • Any campaign that crossed a spend threshold with no attributed revenue

Example prompts

  • "Pull yesterday's spend, orders, total sales, and blended ROAS from ThoughtMetric and post it to #marketing as a short summary."
  • "Summarize last week's channel performance versus the prior week and send to Bob. Call out anything that moved more than 20 percent."
  • "Post the five worst performing campaigns by attributed ROAS for the last 7 days to #paid-media."

Try it with your own data

Setup takes a couple of minutes using the instructions in ThoughtMetric. Once you're connected, write the prompt and you're all set for reporting in Slack.
