ThoughtMetric now integrates with ChatGPT Ads, AppLovin, Criteo, and Snapchat Ads. E-commerce brands can measure all four with the same multi-touch attribution they already use for Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, and Pinterest.
Connecting them before Black Friday (November 27, 2026) gives you a few weeks of baseline data. That way your BFCM budget decisions are based on attributed store revenue instead of each platform's own conversion reporting.

Each integration pulls ad spend into ThoughtMetric and ties it to attributed revenue from your store. The new channels use the same attribution models and lookback windows as the rest of your account, so they show up in the same reports as Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, and Pinterest. If you run spend somewhere outside the default integrations, custom channels bring it into the same view.

How to get ready before Black Friday

Connect the new channels now
Connect the integrations in October so each channel has a few weeks of normal performance on record before November 27. BFCM numbers are far easier to judge against that baseline.

Use multi-touch attribution and set your lookback window
Multi-touch is ThoughtMetric's default attribution model. It spreads credit for each order across every touchpoint that led to it, instead of giving the full sale to the first or last click. When post-purchase surveys are turned on, the model also includes what customers say about how they found you, which picks up non-click discovery that tracking alone misses.

During BFCM, a shopper might click a Snapchat ad, come back through a Criteo retargeting ad, and buy after a Google search. Multi-touch credits all three instead of handing the whole order to Google. You can open any order in ThoughtMetric to see which channels were involved, how credit was split, and a timeline of each touchpoint.

Set your lookback window (7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days) to whatever makes sense for your brand. Keep the model and the window the same from October through Cyber Monday so BFCM week compares cleanly against your baseline.

Get your channels ready for BFCM

BFCM is a busy week to test new channels, and the results are only useful if you trust the numbers. Each ad platform reports its own version of what happened. Instead, e-commerce brands use ThoughtMetric to measure every channel against the same store revenue.

Get the new integrations connected before Black Friday. By the time Cyber Monday wraps up, you'll know which channels deserve a bigger share of next year's budget.
