Marketers spend a lot of time pulling numbers from dashboards. With ThoughtMetric AI Connectors, you can bring your attribution and performance data into Claude or ChatGPT and use AI to help turn that data into a concise executive summary.

Instead of manually reviewing every campaign, you can ask questions about your ThoughtMetric data and have AI help identify the biggest changes, wins, and other areas worth noting.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Connect ThoughtMetric to Claude or ChatGPT

Before you start, you need a ThoughtMetric account, a Claude or ChatGPT account, and the ThoughtMetric connector turned on. You can find instructions in ThoughtMetric under Configure > AI Connectors.

2. Ask AI to Analyze Your Marketing Performance and Generate the Executive Summary

Set a timeframe and note the items you’d like to see in this summary. It might include:
  • Revenue and overall performance
  • Top performing channels
  • Biggest increases or declines
  • ROAS or efficiency changes
  • New versus returning customer trends
  • Key takeaways and recommended next steps

Example prompt:
Create a concise executive summary of our marketing performance for the last 30 days. Include total revenue, top performing channels, major changes from the previous period, notable ROAS changes, and three takeaways for leadership. Keep it under 300 words.
As always, review the report and make adjustments as needed. You can also adjust the design and formatting. If you want something very professional looking, try using Claude Design.

Take the Manual Work Out of Reporting

Tasks like executive reports, slide decks, and any other kind of data presentation take up a lot of a marketer's bandwidth.

With ThoughtMetric’s AI Connectors, you can ask for the summary and get it back in a few seconds. Run the same prompt each month, week, or whenever needed.
