Complex SaaS Pricing Never Made Sense to Us
When I first started at ThoughtMetric, one of the first things on the to-do list was to find an email tool that would suit our needs. Searching for a new SaaS tool is a little confusing! No, I am not being dramatic. 🙂 Every platform I found had a different set of limitations depending on the pricing tier. Some capped the number of contacts. Others limited how many emails you could send. Then there were extra charges for custom branding or building landing pages. On the surface, the tools were all priced about the same, but once I dug into the details, it was clear that comparing them wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped. 

Our Philosophy


At ThoughtMetric, we take a different approach with our pricing. Our goal is to bring the most value to our customers by giving them the attribution features they need for their e-commerce stores. That is why every feature is included for every customer. Our Pricing - Transparent and Straightforward


Our pricing is simple. It’s based only on monthly pageviews starting at $99 per month ($83 if you choose the annual billing plan). That’s it. If you’re not sure about your store’s monthly pageviews here’s a quick guide.
We know that choosing an e-commerce attribution tool involves many factors, but pricing shouldn’t be one of the hard parts. We want you to feel like it’s accessible and straightforward. If you need to upgrade, it’s ultimately because your store is growing. In that case, congrats! That’s exactly the kind of “problem” we love to see.
