What’s New in ThoughtMetric: Product Attribution, Bundling, and UI Improvements

We’ve made a few powerful updates to ThoughtMetric that make it even easier to understand product performance and streamline your workflows. Here’s a quick look at what’s new:
1. Product Attribution Dashboard
You can now break down product performance by channel and customer type with the new Product Attribution Dashboard.
See which products are driving the most revenue
Identify whether those sales are coming from new or returning customers
Spot the best-performing products for acquisition, retention, or upsell campaigns
It’s a fast way to get strategic insights.
2. Product Bundles
Bundling is one of the easiest ways to increase average order value, but only if you pair the right products. With the new Product Bundles view, you can:
See which products customers are already buying together
Understand how often those combinations occur and how much revenue they generate
Use real customer behavior to guide your bundling strategy
This turns product bundling from a hunch into a data-backed growth lever.
3. UI Updates
We’ve made some subtle but helpful changes to the app interface:
Advertising dashboards are now located under the Channel section in the left navigation menu
You can now search and filter orders and customers, making it easier to find what you need, fast
If you are managing multiple advertising accounts for the same channel, you can now view the results for all campaigns at once, or filter by account
